Access on site was limited due to the location at a busy re-generation project.

The construction site was surrounded by new and existing buildings, as well as numerous parked cars. This presented challenging conditions that meant only rigid vehicles could be used for lifting and transportation on site.

Our team dismantled the modular building in preparation for its re-location and made all the necessary transport arrangements.

Two specialist lorry loader crane operators were required to expertly lift and transport each modular bay safely from one location to another.

Our team carefully re-constructed and weatherproofed the building, before completing the internal fit-out the following day.

All operations were carried out seamlessly to the client’s specific requirements. Careful planning and time management ensured lifting and transport operations were prompt and unified.
