Our Story So Far…

Advanté invented the concept of an ‘instant start’ welfare unit and has pioneered static, self-contained welfare units since 1998. We’ve been established since 1960 and at the heart of what we do is innovation for sustainability.

In 2020, we became part of the Modulaire Group who is owned by investment funds managed by Brookfield Business Partners. L.P.Brookfield Business Partners is the flagship listed business services and industrials company of Brookfield Asset Management, a leading global alternative asset manager. Modulaire Group’s UK companies include Advanté and Algeco UK.

As a partner of the Supply Chain Sustainability School, we select supply chain partners whose ethos and commitments are aligned with ours. We work with schemes that focus on positive community impact, including the Considerate Constructors Scheme. Also, we have maintained the FORS Gold accreditation to further reduce emissions, and fuel consumption and lessen environmental impact across our fleet of vehicles.

Oasis Welfare – An industry game changer

In 2023 we will celebrate 25 years since the launch of the first Oasis welfare unit and will continue to supply effective and sustainable welfare units to the construction industry.

Oasis Welfare was created in response to our clients, who, due to new Health & Safety regulations for construction sites, faced increasing delays getting work started, in particular where mains services were not available.

With our long-standing relationships with recognised businesses in the industry, Oasis welfare units provide the perfect solution for sites that needed to start work immediately.

Our latest Oasis EcoLogic Solar hybrid technology combined with a large solar array provides an effective renewable electrical power supply to our welfare units.

Oasis units are available from seven distinct ranges: EcoLogic Solar, EcoLogic, EcoMaxSolar, EcoMax, WashStation, PowerStation and Vision, each offering a range of instant start facilities, layouts and sizes to suit every site.

Powering up

Our award-winning Oasis PowerStation. Provides safe battery charging unit for electric power tools, construction equipment, as well as electric plant, machinery, and vehicles. It’s the on site EV charging and cable-free.

Advanté Transport – We’ll lift you up

Don’t forget, Advanté Transport offer a range of specialist lifting and transport services; from delivering welfare units or modular buildings, re-locating units and site accommodation, to moving heavy plant, large materials or unusual loads from site to site.

Our expert operators carry out challenging lifts with our 80 t/m lorry loader cranes; capable of 360° lifting over the front of the cab. This eliminates the need for additional mobile cranes and reduces disruption to site, whilst saving time and money.
